Holliday Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the greater Spokane area for over 20 years. Given the opportunity to relocate to Spokane’s “HVAC district” in June 2001, Holliday opened as “Holliday Heating and Refrigeration.” While demand for refrigeration and commercial HVAC work has exploded in Spokane, Holliday has chosen to keep to its roots in residential service where slow growth, stability and personal attention is needed and appreciated. We remodeled in 2008 to expand our operations, training center, and customer service center. We serve the cities of Spokane, Cheney, Medical lake, Sprague, Mead, Millwood, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Deer Park, Colbert, Elk, Chattaroy, Valleyford, Freeman, Greenacres and Veradale in Washington state.

Robert “Doc” Holliday

“My family and friends have called me Doc all my life and it just stuck.”

Doc is an Air Force veteran. As an ex-military man he has a ‘thing’ about order, regiment and conveying proper respect. Doc is a life-long student and technician of ‘anything high-performance or high-tech’ as he puts it. Doc saw the value and wisdom of geothermal heating early on, and quickly became Spokane’s ranking expert in the field. Not favoring the spotlight, he prefers the one-on-one of doing business with homeowners, in the comfortable setting of their residence. Very commonly, people call and say; “I’m a friend of his” having known Doc just a short time. Doc’s business philosophy: “Customer, employee, company; and everything else will follow naturally.”
