Once all the repairs are performed, if the furnace and/or air conditioner breaks down during the current heating or cooling season after the repairs were made, the repair will be made at no charge.
“Acts of God,” heat exchangers, compressors, freon leaks and animal damage are not covered under the Fixed Right or It’s FREE Guarantee.
We guarantee that the systems we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated (72 Degrees in the Winter, 75 Degrees in the Summer. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge.
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a completely new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund double the difference of your savings not realized during the first year. (If your system is not meeting savings goals, you must notify and allow us to make system performance adjustments).
If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience. Please allow a 24-Hour diagnostic window if your system breaks down within the first 2-years.
If your system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience. (You must allow Holliday technicians 24 hours to make a diagnostic.)
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners are used on all work areas.
We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment. Not all installations qualify for all guarantees.
